Our Head Chef serves a traditionally Scottish menu, with a focus on local produce professionally prepared for you to savour. Working with local fishmongers, butchers and vegetable suppliers, we offer you fresh, high quality ingredients, while giving you a true taste of delicious Scottish fare.

We are passionate about creating each dish to perfection, sharing recipes and techniques passed down from the generations before us. We make everything we can in-house, from the batters for your fish, to pickles for your burgers and home baking for your desserts.

Offering à la carte throughout the hotel, with daily changing specials, we designed our menu to be enjoyed by the whole family, with a little something for everyone and a few local favourites too!  We are confident you will be spoilt for choice.
